If you are interested in customizing network generation, you can choose to change other parameters not described in [Basic Search](docId:7qmYSBpiOhulmiMeMlbbL). By clicking on the information symbol, further descriptions of the functions are given. If the settings are incompatible with Mavatar Discovery functionalities, a warning will appear detailing what went wrong. When all settings are complete, Generate Graph and the co-expression network will be constructed.
