By toggling and selecting gene type(s) of your interest you have the possibility to construct the network only using selected type(s). Here you can select one or many gene types. Possible options include: protein coding genes, non-coding, long non-coding, immunoglobulin, pseudogene, mitochondrial, TEC, T-cell receptor, artifacts, and ribozyme genes. You can apply same filter to the query genes – toggle “*Apply filters on queried genes*”.
