Generate Graph is the graph set-up card to initiate analyses in Mavatar Discovery. It will guide you through different network options and parameters for graph construction.

Graph generation is divided into the following sections:

In the bottom panel within the Generate Graph window, you can choose to "Undo Changes" or "Reset". Undo Changes may be useful if you have added genes to the graph query since last graph generation and want to undo them. Reset will remove all your query parameters and return to default settings.  &#x20;
