DINA Network

the dina network card contains the details on the network(s) from which the graph is constructed it specifies the data input to the network, number of nodes, edges, modules, datasets, and samples, as well as the network version this gives you information on the data content behind your findings when your graph construction includes a second network, the card also shows the number of samples shared between the two networks this can provide useful context when interpreting results from comparative analyses across networks a full list of datasets and samples included during network construction can be found and downloaded under the datasets tab the platform table further included links to the data sources, as well as general curation details and data descriptions use the search field to find specific datasets or data types of interest under the metadata tab, you can evaluate how variable conditions are represented within the samples or datasets included toggle the switches in the top right corner of the extended card to evaluate proportions of the top 10 or all diseases, represented within the datasets or samples, and whether to include unlabled datasets/samples or not datasets/samples can be connected to one or multiple diseases and are marked as single disease and co occurring respectively if a dataset/sample is co occurring, it indicate that it is accounted for in multiple conditions
