Filter on significance allows you to select only edges for which the significance-value was found higher or same as the set cutoff. The significance value, which is the -log(P-Value), reflects how certain we are that the edge is reproduceable across all datasets included to construct the network. The significance filter can be implemented for network Mode Distance-Neighbors and Direct Connection.
