Functional Annotation

functional annotation assigns sample categories to the edges within the graph by plotting the average weighted correlation coefficient of each edge to the variable datasets, grouped based on variable sample categories, such as biopsy sites, cell types, or diseases this helps the user understand how different datasets and/or sample categories contribute to the graph processes by selecting one edge, the values for that edge will be highlighted in the figure for each dataset listed, detailed information is given, such as number of samples included during network construction, variable category inclusions, and a summary about the data this will be helpful to gain a deeper understanding of the data behind the connections
