Basic Search
Mandatory fields for graph constructions are to specify genes and First Network options. You can either search for your own selected genes (see tab called Search and then select option Genes), query by predefined list of genes e.g. Drug targets (Resource: ChEMBL (1X)), GO Terms related genes, Disease related genes variants (Resource: ClinGen (2X)), Rare Diseases mutated genes (Resource: Orphadata (3X)), or Mavatar curated list of genesX. Alternatively, you can upload your own fileX containing list of genes to query (e.g. list of differentially expressed genes optionally along with the fold changes) or base the graph on the top interactionsX to present the network edges with highest T-Values. In the next step select from the drop-down menus Tissue, Context, and Version of your interest (by default, the latest version of each network will be used). You can leave remaining parameters set as default and construct gene co-expression network by clicking Generate Graph – the orange button in the left bottom corner of the Generate Graph card.
