Export Graph

you can export your graph to the alternative formats png, svg, or csv, which will create a file named mavatar discovery \[yy mm dd] \[png/svg/csv] the png format will save the graph as a fixed resolution image, while the svg format will save it as a scalable vector image the csv format will list the genes included in the graph, saved as symbols and ensembl ids separated by a comma download any plot produced within the platform by right clicking on it and select export graph > png/svg the file procuced will contain all version details of relevance to re create the graph for heatmaps and umaps, an advanced export option is available this allow you to select plot size, text size, plot content, as well as the colors used for your png export
