this function will adjust the parameters to the query, and "pending changes" will appear within the generate graph window this can be parameters such as selected gene(s), rare disease, updates to first or second network, etc to implement these new changes, go to generate graph window and regenerate your graph you can also "undo changes", which will undo any additions or updates to the query since last generating a graph adjustments can be done to add to generate graph in which case the selected parameters will be added to the query replace in generate graph in which case your query input will be replaced with selected parameters
