This function allows you to select genes based on certain criteria, which may be useful for detailed query adjustmentsquery adjustments, functional enrichment analysisfunctional enrichment analysis, etc.
- Select Local Cluster: Mark all genes connected to your selected gene. This may be useful to identify clusters within a nested graph.
- Select Highlighted Nodes: Mark all genes highlighted highlighted in the graph.
- Select Filtered Nodes: Mark genes based on selected filtering filtering criteria.
- Select Community: Select the community connected to a certain gene. This is calculated using the Leiden algorithm in Neo4j, and may be useful to detect gene communities within large graphs.
- Select All Nodes: Select all the genes within the graph.
