in the top left corner of the canvas is the filter function, which lets you filter the graph based on t values and/or significance there's also an option to hide network core genes, a mavatar curated set of genes representing core functional processes within the mavatar discovery networks, as well as to identify hub genes by filtering out genes with a low number of neighbors filtered genes are shown shaded in the network note that filtering does not affect the default gene inclusion in other features, such as functional enrichment of all genes or patient stratification to remove all filters, click clear
