The network can be managed and tool-tips found by the following actions:
In the bottom left corner of the canvas is a collapsible Legend, which shows:
- The Network Context, along with the number of Datasets, Samples, and Edges contributing to the graph.
- The number of Queried Genes and Neighbor Genes currently shown in the graph.
